The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 36 "An Act                                                                   
relating to sentencing for the commission of certain offenses                                                                   
influenced by alcohol and to the offense of consumption of alcohol in                                                           
violation of sentence" and recommended it be replaced with

and further recommended the adoption of the State Affairs Committee
